Lagos State Safety Commission Commemorates World Day for Safety and Health at Workplace

As the world marks World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28th, the Lagos State Safety Commission is set to host a conference aimed at promoting safety awareness and mitigating hazards in the workplace. The conference, themed "Navigating Technology Advancement for a Safer, Healthier & Sustainable Workplace," will bring together stakeholders to discuss innovative safety practices and policies in a rapidly digitizing world.

The conference will showcase digital safety tools, expert discussions, and policy recommendations to create a safer and more resilient Lagos. By harnessing technology and collaboration, participants will explore ways to secure workplaces and public spaces, ultimately achieving a zero-accident environment in the state.

According to Mr. Lanre Mojola, Director-General of the Lagos State Safety Commission, the commission is committed to fostering a secure environment where every resident can thrive.
