Oshilaja Foundation Sets August 22 for Disability, Aged Welfare Lecture, Fundraising

The Kehinde Oshilaja Foundation for People Living with Disability will on Friday, August 22, 2025, host its Annual Sustainability Fund Lecture and Fundraising in Lagos, with a focus on promoting inclusiveness and support for the elderly.

Billed for 11:00 a.m. at the Youth Center, Akinwunmi Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, the event will bring together cultural icons, policymakers, and security experts to discuss disability rights, community integration, and broader social issues affecting vulnerable groups.

Coordinator Comrade Kehinde Oshilaja said the fundraising aims to build a sustainable support system for people with disabilities and the aged, urging individuals and institutions to “rally behind a cause that guarantees dignity and empowerment for society’s most vulnerable.”
