In a clear show of commitment to transparency and grassroots development, the Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Otunba Ladi Oluwaloni, on Thursday, May 15, 2025, embarked on a monitoring tour of key ongoing infrastructure projects across the council area.
Accompanied by council officials and technical personnel, the Chairman visited major sites including the road rehabilitation project at Ashipa, the new road construction at Unique Estate, and the proposed Community Development Centre at Baruwa.
The inspection was aimed at evaluating the quality, progress, and community relevance of the projects. Speaking during the tour, Otunba Oluwaloni stressed the importance of delivering durable and people-focused infrastructure.
He charged contractors to adhere strictly to agreed timelines and quality standards, assuring residents that his administration remains fully focused on equitable infrastructure renewal across all wards.
During the tour, Otunba Oluwaloni also interacted with community members who commended the council for its proactive leadership and the visible improvement in their neighbourhoods.
The Chairman reaffirmed that his administration is dedicated to accountability and community-driven progress, in line with his broader vision for a more livable and forward-looking Ayobo-Ipaja.
