Otunba Onajobi stands as a shining example of what dedication, strategic thinking, and consistency can achieve in today’s dynamic business environment. As the Chief Executive Officer of Westmone Integrated Services Limited, he has built a formidable brand with footprints across facility management, hospitality services, supplies, and fabrication—transforming the company into a trusted name within and beyond its immediate operational space.
Before charting his path as a successful entrepreneur, Otunba Onajobi invested in shaping minds as a part-time lecturer at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, between 2004 and 2012. His academic grounding in Sociology, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, laid a strong intellectual foundation for his later exploits in business and management.
His professional journey reflects a rich blend of academic excellence and practical experience. He served as General Manager of Sambo Global Services Limited in Warri from 2012 to 2015, where he contributed significantly to the growth of its subsidiary, Grand Maridors Hotel. His managerial acumen was further demonstrated during his tenure at Bay Hotel (popularly known as Wellington Hotel, Effurun) and later at Leisure Spring Hotel, Osogbo, where he brought innovation and operational efficiency to the hospitality sector.
The turning point in his entrepreneurial journey came with the rise of Westmone Integrated Services Limited, which gained widespread recognition after securing the prestigious housekeeping contract with The Palms Mall, Ring Road, Ibadan. This milestone opened doors to several high-profile engagements, including partnerships with notable institutions such as Nisalee Industries, Wema Bank, Lacvis, Valencia School, Obasanjo Farms, Ilorin Emirate Mall, and Addosser Finance Limited.
Beyond business, Otunba Onajobi remains deeply committed to professional development and community service. He is an active member of the National Association of Small-Scale Industrialists and the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria, where he continues to contribute to the growth of small and medium enterprises.
A proud alumnus and current Class Governor of the Baptist Secondary School Old Students’ Association (1993 Set), he has continued to foster unity and progress among his peers, exemplifying leadership that transcends professional boundaries.
At home, Otunba Onajobi is a devoted husband and loving father, whose family remains a central pillar of his life. His balanced approach to work, family, and community underscores the depth of his character and values.
