Be More Creative and Innovative to the Visions of Lagos State Governments - Ayinde Charges Staff.*

Lagos Chief of Staff, Mr Tayo Ayinde, on Monday charged the middle management staff in his office to be more creative and innovative to the visions of Lagos State Government

Ayinde gave the charge during the Year 2024  Retreat for Middle management staff in his office at Ikeja.

Ayinde, who maintained that the theme of the retreat:  "The importance of continuous learning, staying relevant in the rapid changing work environment", was not only timely but critical to their roles as joint leaders and co-drivers towards achieving the T.H.E.M.E.S+ agenda of the Babajide Sanwo-Olu administration.

He said as leaders, "You occupied a unique space  in the organizational structure, building the gap between the strategic features and operational execution, hence this position you are occupying, you will not only adapt to the change but also lead your team through it with continuous learning in the cornerstone of that responsibility.

"As middle management staff, you are not just only responsible for living up to these changes, but you are tasked with anticipating them, defending your team, and ensure that your unit remain agile and effective. Ensure you are more creative and innovative to the visions of Lagos State Government", Ayinde said.

Welcoming participants, the Permanent Secretary, Mr Semiu Kadiri, expressed appreciation to the Chief of Staff, Mr Tayo Ayinde, who according to him assured members of the staff of continued annual retreat, adding that against all odds  through his magnanimity and approval of Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, we are able to have 2024 Retreat.

Kadiri also  expressed appreciation to the participants while he pointed out that they need not rest on their oars but strive hard to meet the expectations and visions of Lagos State Government.
